By using this website or engaging DG Roofing for any service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into a contract on behalf of yourself or the property owner.

DG Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing, remodeling, and related services, which may include:

• Roof inspections, repairs, and replacements (asphalt shingle, metal, flat/TPO/foam).
• Siding, windows, and exterior remodeling.
• Solar panel installation through certified partners.
• Storm and hail damage restoration.
• Insurance claim assistance.
• Concrete, fencing, and painting services.

All services are subject to a separate written contract or work authorization signed by both parties, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Inspections and written estimates are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless noted, and are based on the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection. Hidden conditions discovered during work (e.g., damaged decking, rotted framing) may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and approved in writing before the work proceeds.

No work begins until you have signed a written contract or work authorization specifying scope, price, and payment terms.

Payment terms are set out in your signed contract. We accept cash, check, major credit cards, and approved financing. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Texas law and may result in a mechanic's lien on the property.

Financing is offered through third-party lenders (Service Finance Company, LLC and Foundation Finance Company, LLC). All financing approvals, terms, and disclosures are made directly by the lender. DG Roofing is not a lender and does not control credit decisions.

DG Roofing can help document storm and hail damage and coordinate with your insurance carrier. We are not a public adjuster, do not negotiate claims on your behalf, and do not represent you to your insurer. You are solely responsible for the relationship with your insurance company, including payment of any deductible.

We stand behind every job. Workmanship warranties are described in your signed contract and typically cover installation defects for a defined period after substantial completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided separately by the manufacturer (e.g., Owens Corning, GAF) and are subject to their terms and registration requirements.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of God, subsequent storms, structural movement, third-party alterations, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DG Roofing's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of use, or property damage not directly caused by our work.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or security.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any portion of the Site without our written permission.
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, crawlers) other than standard search-engine indexing.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photos, videos, and software — is the property of DG Roofing and Remodeling LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Photos of completed projects may include images of your property. If you do not want your property featured in our marketing materials, please notify us in writing.

The Site may contain links to or rely on third-party services (lenders, suppliers, analytics providers, chat widgets). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DG Roofing and Remodeling LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bell County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any formal legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least 30 days after written notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
